Most of the items mark with large card yellow tag stated low price with club member card at the Safeway grocery store in downtown San Jose, Ca. Completely full of scam and misleading to its customers. I went yesterday evening to shop and discover that 1 in two of the items thought they were in sale as stated in the yellow tag were not on sale. It happened this last week and spend $10 more than I plan to due to the price mislead but at that time I let it go thinking that the cashier made mistake but yesterday when point out that the sale price says under $1 per this item and you are charging me over $2.99 another came up even 3x than the stated price. The cashier’s respond was take or leave it… off course I walk out without buying even the agreed price items because I fell this is unethical business practice.
